The Batman release date: When's it coming? In January 2019, it was finally announced by Warner Bros that the movie will arrive on June 25, 2021. There's no official starting date, but insiders did tell Variety that filming could begin in later 2019 or early 2020.
Sources tell Variety that Robert Pattinson is in negotiations to play “The Batman” in Matt Reeves' forthcoming superhero film, which hits theaters June 25, 2021. While sources say it's not yet a done deal, Pattinson is the top choice for the part. Warner Bros. had no comment.
